October — Each day in October our seminarians and priests, accompanied the parishioners of the Holy Name of Jesus Parish, prayed the Rosary in the settlements of the Bomana compound and at different religious colleges. Seminarians of the second year of theology were delivering a reflection on the topics connected with the year of the laity.

15 October — Our seminarians with the rector visited the Parliament House of Papua New Guinea and participated in a short session of Parliament.

16 October — The Vocational Directors of Papua New Guinea with their animator Fr. John Cabrido, visited the Holy Spirit Seminary. They had the opportunity to meet and talk with their seminarians. They had also a group meeting in the form of Question and Answer, together with our seminarians.

After the morning meeting of the Holy Seminary Board, Bishop Rolando Santos CM, presided over the Eucharist and installed 7 new acolytes: John Severing and Jeffrey Pensoksok from the Holy Spirit Seminary and five from other religious colleges.
