4 August — In the feast of St. John Vianney and patronal feast of the Holy Spirit Seminary. The rector, Fr. Jacek Tendej CM, celebrated his jubilee of 25 years of priesthood.

18-19 August — In the Chancery of the Archdiocese of Port Moresby, the seminarians of the last year of theological studies, with the rector Fr. Jacek Tendej CM and the spiritual director Fr. Andrew Bili Rosi, participated in a workshop training to be marriage celebrants recognized by the Church and by the State of PNG.
