1-3 June — During the extraordinary Jubilee Year of Merci, rector of the Holy Spirit Seminary, Fr. Jacek Tendej CM, was invited by the Pontifical Council for the Promotion of the New Evangelization, and participated in the Jubilee for Priests with the special day of the three conferences given by Pope Francis. 15 June — Bishop Rochus Tatamai MSC from Bereina installed new lectors from different religious colleges. From our seminary Eddi Imei received the ministry of lector from the Archdiocese of Madang.

17 June — The electric company Cummins installed a new power generator 55 kVA funded by Missio Aachen.

17 June — The representative of the helping missionary organization Aid to the Church in Need, Mrs. Irene Eschmann, responsible for the region of Asia and Oceania, visited the Holy Spirit Seminary. She was collecting information about the situation of the seminary and how the received subsidies are spent, in order to report this to the benefactors.

26 June — During the Sunday Mass, Bishop Rolando Santos CM of Alotau blessed and imposed the priestly cassock upon his seminarian Leisieta Isaiah.
