1 August - Fr. Ziggy Kruczek - lecturer of the history of the Church - passed away at a hospital in Doha. He had been admitted there on the 8th of July as he failed to make the full travel back home from Papua New Guinea to Poland for medical treatment. He had been diagnosed with suspected cancer of the blood.
