2 May - Day of the handover of the new functions of the seminarians.

4-8 May - Annual spiritual retreat given by Fr. John Bosco Auram.

11 May - Mass in Laloki outstation. Sunday of the Good Sheppard and Mother’s Day in PNG.

14 May - After the annual retreat the seminarians had a term break. Part of them went to Kerema, Waima or to visit their families in Port Moresby. A group of them remained in the seminary cleaning the compound and working in the garden and having a picnic in 14 Mile Adventure Park.

14 May - We cleaned our compound with new chain saw for the first time. The saw was donated by the Family John & Joyce Hofland from Spokane WA, USA.

25 May - Sunday of the fundraising for the Cathedral in Mont Hagen. The morning Eucharist was presided by the Archbishop of Mt. Hagen, Douglas Young. After Mass in the seminary garden, seminarians and local groups prepared the social meeting with speeches, dances and a meal.

27 May - At the end of the morning Mass, the Rector of the Seminary blessed the new cassocks. Two seminarians Peter Jamo and Thaddeus B’Gaiva, wore them for the first time.
